The Christmas Carolers rate is $395 per hour with a minimum of one hour per event. If you need more than hour you can book the carolers in 30-minute increments at a rate of $197.50 per 30 minutes.
DEPOSIT
A 25% deposit is required to finalize the booking of the event(s). You can enter your event(s) now and it will remain pending until you pay your deposit.
FINAL PAYMENT PRIOR TO EVENT
It is The Christmas Carolers policy to collect 100% of the payment prior to the arrival of our entertainers. There are no exceptions to this policy.
AVAILABILITY
Every city has multiple caroling groups therefore, for almost every occasion, we have availability of performers – you don’t even have to ask. The only days that will remain pending approval are the days around Thanksgiving and two days before Christmas and Christmas day.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Your hourly rate covers the first 30 minutes of travel. A $1 per minute charge will be billed for travel over 30 minutes. If proof is required, The Christmas Carolers will provide a mileage log of travel time and mileage from an address in the center of the Metro area of your event.
