BOOKED EVENTS - ASSIGN CAROLERS
Click the Pen Icon, and follow these instructions...
1) Add the name, email, and cell phone for each caroler part.
2) VERY IMPORTANT, click the "Caroler Assigned" button which will trigger a notification email to both the Caroler and the customer when entering the Lead Caroler info
3) Add any known Travel expenses for each caroler. This doesn't include the typical mileage paid for travel more than 30 miles from your market's City Center. As an example, let's say someone needs to take an uber, or train, etc. Submit that information here to receive a pre-approval. If there are no additional travel related expenses, then leave it blank.
4) ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT, when you've assigned all of the carolers to the event, change the progress from "Need Carolers" to "Carolers Assigned)
APPROVED BUT INCOMPLETE
Carolers you approved, they visited the application page but didn't complete it.
CAROLERS SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL
These are the Carolers that you've submitted to be approved. Once you see them on the list above, click the Pen icon and change the Progress to "Application Complete".
CAROLERS WHO WERE NOT APPROVED
If you want to change the status of this Caroler, click the Pen Icon, change the progress and click update at the bottom of the form.
CAROLERS WHO HAVE APPLIED
Click the Pen Icon, and change the progress to "Submit for Approval" or "Not Approved"
